Our Black Angus (Beef) don’t get any Antibiotics or Hormones, they Graze the Pastures till Christmas, then we Feed them Homegrown Silage “which is fermented Barley” and also Grain Barley, for the Best Flavoring and Marbling.
Cattle are raised in pristine rangelands where they graze from the natural grasses of the prairies. When the time comes to finish them with high protein feed, we include local barley, ensuring superb marbling in every cut of beef.
All of our Beef is aged the old-fashioned way, dry-aged and hung for 18–21 days. All of our beef is antibiotic and hormone-free. Your $500 deposit secures your purchase, and we will contact you shortly with your final price. Please note, that a Half Beef will feed a family of four for approximately one year.
